Well here's a (long overdue) blog post I never wanted to write. Some of you may wonder about the creative process and how I design new Sloafers. I don't follow trends, because I hate waste. I go to tanneries where I look and feel and go by sight; I put things together then and there that I love and I know you'll love. So what happens when you get a call a week later after you've "nailed" your new collection, to tell you that everything you chose is out of stock?
Just a few weeks ago I was thinking about the end of the summer; now I'm thinking about the end of Autumn. I got a whatsapp from a friend the other day "Lu! Ballet pumps are back! You should jump on this!"
Jump on what though? I've been selling ballet pumps every day since August 2018 when we launched. So this blog entry is a little head's up that you shouldn't believe everything you read (apart from my claim that these ballerinas are the most comfy ever).
