Returns

 

If you’re not happy with your order, email customerservice@sloafer.com with your order number to request a refund, and we’ll send you the return address.

  • Returns in the UK: customers will receive a free postage label. 

  • Returns anywhere outside the UK: customer pays for postage label due to high international shipping costs.

  • Return window: 28 days from the date we send you the return address. No exceptions after this period.

  • Condition: items must be unworn, in original condition and box. Unsuitable returns will be sent back without refund.

  • Packaging: use secure waterproof packaging. You’re responsible until we receive the item, so use a reputable courier and keep proof of postage.

  • Preorders: non-refundable once placed, as production starts immediately. If the size is wrong, we’ll refund only if we can’t exchange it.
