We send out orders in the UK by second class signed for post, which takes two to three working days (including Saturday).

We use Royal Mail and provide tracking numbers for you to track your order. Please note, if you are ordering from outside the UK, once your parcel is received by your Postal Service, we are unable to provide tracking details and you will need to contact them with your tracking number.
If you’re not happy with your order, email customerservice@sloafer.com with your order number to request a refund, and we’ll send you the return address.
- Returns in the UK: customers will receive a free postage label.
- Returns anywhere outside the UK: customer pays for postage label due to high international shipping costs.
- Return window: 28 days from the date we send you the return address. No exceptions after this period.
- Condition: items must be unworn, in original condition and box. Unsuitable returns will be sent back without refund.
- Packaging: use secure waterproof packaging. You’re responsible until we receive the item, so use a reputable courier and keep proof of postage.
- Preorders: non-refundable once placed, as production starts immediately. If the size is wrong, we’ll refund only if we can’t exchange it.
