Our shoes are handmade in EU sizes and run slightly small.
If your comfiest pair is a 40 and they're already snug, go up to a 41 with us. If your 40s have room, you’ll likely be a 40 in Sloafer too.
To get your fit, draw around your bare foot on a piece of paper and measure from the toe to the back of your heel. Check that measurement against our centimetre guide below.

We send out orders in the UK by second class signed for post, which takes two to three working days (including Saturday).

We use Royal Mail and provide tracking numbers for you to track your order. Please note, if you are ordering from outside the UK, once your parcel is received by your Postal Service, we are unable to provide tracking details and you will need to contact them with your tracking number.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
