An updated twist on the classic Galina which sold out in the first year we launched and hasn't been back since. Why? It's taken us all this time to colour match and we've finally found the perfect neutral tone suede for your Sloafers. We've retained our striking black patent heel and toe and added a stunning gold detail on the bow to perfectly finish this timeless elegant ballerina.

Our shoes are handmade in EU sizes and run true to size.
To get your fit, draw around your bare foot on a piece of paper and measure from the toe to the back of your heel. Check that measurement against our centimetre guide below.

We send out orders in the UK by second class signed for post, which takes two to three working days (including Saturday).

For Europe and the rest of the world, we send international tracked and signed. For Europe, this can take 3-5 working days. For the rest of the world, this can take 5-7 working days.

We use Royal Mail and provide tracking numbers for you to track your order. Please note, if you are ordering from outside the UK, once your parcel is received by your Postal Service, we are unable to provide tracking details and you will need to contact them with your tracking number.
If you’re not happy with your order, email customerservice@sloafer.com with your order number to request a refund, and we’ll send you the return address.
- Returns in the UK: customers will receive a free postage label.
- Returns anywhere outside the UK: customer pays for postage label due to high international shipping costs.
- Return window: 28 days from the date we send you the return address. No exceptions after this period.
- Condition: items must be unworn, in original condition and box. Unsuitable returns will be sent back without refund.
- Packaging: use secure waterproof packaging. You’re responsible until we receive the item, so use a reputable courier and keep proof of postage.
- Preorders: non-refundable once placed, as production starts immediately. If the size is wrong, we’ll refund only if we can’t exchange it.
